Q&A
Q: How do you charge for children?
A: Two adults can bring one child under the age of 10 for free. Please note that meals are not included for free seats. Children's meals can be brought by guests.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: Yes, you can bring your own food. We provide necessary cleaning equipment, so you may want to clean up after eating.
Q: Do we need to cook our own dinner?
A: Yes, guests need to cook their own BBQ. We provide all necessary BBQ equipment.
Q: Are there additional fees for activities around the campsite?
A: Activities around the campsite are optional and not included in the basic fee.
Q: Can friends join us at the last minute?
A: Sorry, we do not support last-minute additions.
Q: Can we bring pets?
A: Pets are allowed, but they must be kept on a leash and owners must clean up after their pets.
Q: Do I need to book activities for the weekend when reserving the campsite?
A: No. The reservation fee for the campsite already includes activity fees.
Q: Do you sell alcoholic beverages?
A: Yes, we offer alcoholic(from winery) and various other beverages.
Q: What should I do if our group exceeds 8 people?
A: For groups larger than 8 people, please contact customer service for details.

【Reservation Guidelines】
Operational period: End of May to early June until the end of October.

Customers can freely choose their visit dates once reservations start.

No overnight services provided.

Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited.
【Pet Policy】

Guests must bring their own pet waste bags and clean up after their pets.

Pets must be leashed at all times.

Pets are not allowed inside the tents.

We provide free dog tethering stakes and pet drinking bowls.

Limit of one pet per guest, must be leashed and not allowed to run freely.
【Child Admission Policy】

Every two adults can bring one child under 10 for free (child does not occupy a package slot).

Free child admission is limited to children aged 10 and under.

Free child slots do not include meals (meals can be ordered at the campsite).
Important Information

Early Bird Tickets: These are final sale items and are non-refundable once purchased.

Rescheduling: We support unconditional rescheduling, but you must contact customer service at least four days in advance to arrange it.

Extreme Weather: In cases of extreme weather (such as heavy rain or typhoons), we will notify customers at least two days in advance to reschedule.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 2 PM. Check-out is at 10 PM.

Security Deposit: A CAD$400 deposit is required at check-in. This will be refunded immediately upon check-out, provided there is no damage to the equipment.

Rest Area Tents: Guests are required to change into slippers before entering. A CAD$100 cleaning fee will be charged if the area is left dirty.

Damages: Compensation for any damages will be based on the value of the item(s).
